Chiropractic care is a combination of soft tissue or muscle work and spinal manipulation. The goal of our care is to help improve musculoskeletal symptoms as well as restore biomechanical function. Think of it as helping to relax muscles that are tight or sore, and helping to introduce motion into joints that are feeling stuck. Over time this can improve the way these parts of the body are functioning together. Chiropractic care can help patients either by itself, or as a co-management tool alongside massage therapy, physical therapy, or other treatment types.
